Terms & Conditions
Last updated · May 2026
These terms govern your purchase of tickets and your attendance at Kodama Festival. By buying a ticket or entering the festival grounds you accept the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not purchase a ticket or enter the site.
Terms & Conditions
1. Tickets and entry
Each ticket admits one person on the day(s) it covers. Tickets are issued by email and presented as a QR code at the gate; please bring a charged phone or a printed copy. Tickets are personal and may be transferred privately, but only the first valid scan grants entry.
2. Refunds and exchanges
Standard purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions apply when the festival cannot deliver the entry you paid for, or when entry must be refused at the gate under festival rules; in those cases we refund automatically wherever the payment rails allow it.
3. Conduct on the grounds
Treat the venue, the neighbours, and one another with respect. Staff may refuse or revoke entry, without refund, for behaviour that is unsafe, harmful, or seriously disruptive. Follow signage, listen to the production team, and look after the forest you are sharing.
4. Photography and recording
Public areas of the festival are photographed and filmed. By attending you consent to your likeness appearing in festival materials. If you would prefer not to be featured, speak to the photographer on site or write to us afterwards and we will remove the image where reasonable.
5. Alcohol and substances
Local Armenian law applies in full. Illegal substances are not permitted on site. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears unfit to enter safely.
6. Liability
You attend at your own risk. The festival is not responsible for personal items, pre-existing medical conditions, or losses caused by your own actions or those of other attendees. We carry the safety arrangements you would expect at a small outdoor event; please do the same with your own preparation.
7. Changes and force majeure
We may adjust the lineup, schedule, or programme. Where the event is cancelled or materially changed by causes outside our control (weather, public-safety direction, infrastructure failure), partial refunds or no refund may apply, in line with applicable law.
8. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms over time. The current version always lives at this page; the date below the title reflects the most recent change.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms? Write to contact@kodama.am and we will get back to you, usually within a day.
